Turnaround times on order
Generally orders will leave our studio within 1 week of being booked in. Public Holidays and add-ons of products (after the order is placed) may add to this timeframe. This timeframe can vary and is not guaranteed. For example, smaller order that are in stock will leave the next working day after being booked in while large orders that require more stock from the manufacturer, may take longer to send out (it is dependant on the time it takes the manufacturer to get our order to us). Please let us know of any urgency or deadline in the special requests box. You are also welcome to contact us prior to placing an order to see if we can meet your deadline. While we understand that many of your customers may give you short notice when placing an order, Making Invitations is not responsible for any 3rd party deadlines.
Shipping
We ship all our orders via Australia Post. Methods used are Express Post or Registered mail, depending on the value of your order. Generally, large orders will be sent by Registered mail as we can insure the box this way.
Adding on to an order
If you do need to add more products to an order already in our system, please let us know asap. We will require your payment details again as these are not stored. Please be aware that an add-on may delay the despatch of you order. We are not always able to accomodate add-ons, but will let you know on request.
