Payments: You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), direct deposit, money order or cheque. For money orders and cheques, please print off the order form at the end of the ordering process and attach with your payment. All orders will be accompanied by a Tax Invoice. Orders are charged in Australian Dollars. You can also view the prices in Euro's or US Dollars, however, this rate may vary slightly depending on the exact time your payment is processed.
Returns: Please choose your products carefully as we don't offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly or over ordered stock. Please feel free to check with us prior to ordering if you are unsure about any product. Samples can be purchased from our retail website www.dizzidezine.com.au and are highly recommended before placing orders for large quantities or stock that you are not certain of.
Refunds: Once an order is placed and processed (paid for) we do not offer refunds. This is due to having to order/replenish our stock from the manufacturer. If you require your order urgently, please check with stock availability prior to ordering.
Shipping Times: Orders that have everything in stock will generally leave the next business day after payment is received. If any product needs to be replenished, it may take up to 5 working days to leave. We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to delays in orders. We will however, do our best to send your order out as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific deadline or would like to know an estimated timeframe for your order.
Shipping Service: Orders are shipped using Australia Post by either Express Post or Registered mail (at our discretion and depending on the size and value of your order). * International orders are charged at a standard rate and are relative to the amount spent per order and the choice of Airmail or Express Courier International. The shipping rate is shown as you add products to the cart.
